This is a document intended to help company workers establish mechanisms so that the introduction of work tools that make intensive use of personal data is an issue addressed with sufficient guarantees of respect for fundamental and labor rights.
This document, which works as a template that any workplace can use, is intended for companies that are considering introducing, or have already introduced, work control measures of all kind that make use of personal data.
