What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Personal data collected through the contact form

If you use our website contact form, we will collect your name and email address. This data will be processed for communications purposes as part of this service. More specifically, these data are collected for the sole purpose of managing your possible case contribution, giving support and communicating with you regarding the contribution process.

Once you have contacted us, we will provide you with login credentials, which are the same for all contributors. Hence, the login we provide you with will not be unique and assigned only to your profile.


If you visit our page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you use our anonymously provided log in to upload content, we will also set up several cookies to save the anonymous login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login cookies will persist for two weeks. If you log out of the anonymous account, the login cookies will be removed.

We don’t share your data with anyone.

How long we retain your data

We will not keep your data on our servers for longer than necessary. That means that once you have completed your case contribution, we erase your personal data (name and e-mail address) from our servers.
